Energy Saving Trust
An online version of the Trust's Travel Planning was badly needed to help public and private-sector travel planners to create, amend, monitor and report on their travel plans and surveys for their organisations. They can now conduct online travel surveys, report to senior management, and contact local authorities on travel-plan progress.
East Ayrshire Council
The internal catering within the council area was decentralised and inefficient to operate, with high wastage levels. Conscia developed a system to centralise all catering, not only for ordering, but also fulfilment by catering management. Clients can log in and select from preset menus and options and also book in repeat patterns/locations.
Orders are triaged by administrative catering staff and assigned to catering kitchens depending on location and availability. The system allows the administrators to manage menus and prices through an intuitive interface.
