HBOS operate a solutions department whose task is to provision new properties and business units. The process of managing the facilities for these is complex due to the various requirements and suppliers - no two installations are the same yet there are many similarities. In providing this service, the solutions managers require easy access to previous installations in order to fulfil requirements.
